Postage & Packing

Postage & packing to the UK and Europe is Ł2.00 per order and FREE for orders over £30.00. Delivery will be by 1st class post and will not require a signature.

Delivery

We try to despatch all orders promptly, but please allow 14 days to receive your goods.
All products are ex-stock but we will always contact you should there be a delay in despatch.
Please check the contents of your parcel upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours of receipt to notify us of any discrepancy.

Returns

If you are not happy with your order you may return the goods to us within fourteen days of receipt for a refund less the cost of return carriage, provided that they reach us in perfect resaleable condition, but please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem.
If goods are faulty or arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and keep the evidence as this will help us with claims. We will of course refund or replace any faulty or damaged items and cover the cost of return carriage.
